This may include bodies such as the AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) for registered health practitioners, or the HCCC (Health Care Complaints Commission) for non-registered health care providers.
At Mithrah, we also facilitate dispute resolution for matters clients believe can be resolved within our scope. However, please note that we are not a statutory authority, and our decisions are not legally binding. Our dispute resolution process is conducted in good faith, and participation is entirely voluntary. We cannot compel any individual to share sensitive or confidential information during this process.
