🚨 In Case of Emergency

💳 Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment must be made in advance to confirm your session.

  • Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and a link (if online).


❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds for missed sessions unless previously agreed.

  • Sessions cancelled by us will be refunded within 5 business days.

  • In exceptional, valid cases, a reschedule or refund may be offered at the therapist’s discretion.

We do not monitor sessions and cannot be held liable for therapist conduct. Concerns should first be addressed with your therapist, or with us if needed. How to Book
You can request a session in one of two ways:
1) Use our Online Booking System

🏥Mithrah Clinic Hours

📍 Mithrah Telehealth & Online Clinic

  • Hours: Monday to Sunday

  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST (Most days)

📍 Mithrah In-Person Clinics

  • Blacktown: Monday to Thursday — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Parramatta: Friday & Saturday — 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM 

Available Options:
Telehealth/Telephone, In-person Clinic at Parrmatta or In-person Clinic at Blactown




2) If the Halaxy booking system is unavailable, please use the form below or contact us directly at contact@mithrah.com.

📩 What to Include in Your Request

When filling out the form or emailing us, please include:

  • Client status: New / Existing

  • Preferred week, dates, and times (preferences will be considered based on therapist availability)

  • Mode of Practice: Telehealth Clinic, In-person Clinic at Blacktown, In-person Clinic at Parramatta 
  • Payment details
  • Type of service: e.g. individual counselling, couples therapy, assessment, etc.

Our admin team will respond within 3 business days with available options and payment details when you use online forms.
