1. What is Mithrah Holistic Services?

Mithrah Holistic Services (MHS) is an online and offline platform that connects clients with qualified therapists based on individual needs. Mithrah is the business of the founder, who has created the platform to facilitate access to mental health services. Mithrah may be referred to as “Mithrah” or “MHS” on this website.

2. What is Your ABN number?

Our ABN number is 42894383492.

3. Are all your therapists employed by you?

No, Mithrah does not employ any therapists. Mithrah is the sole business of the founder. We contract a wide range of qualified mental health professionals (including psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, and mental health social workers) to provide services via our platform. These therapists work independently under contractual agreements with Mithrah, allowing them to use the platform to offer their services. Each therapist is responsible for their own business practices and qualifications. We encourage clients to review therapist profiles to ensure they meet their needs.

4. Are these therapists safe to see as sensitive and confidential information will be discussed with them?

Mithrah takes the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. All contracted therapists are required to meet strict professional standards, including having relevant qualifications, insurance, and membership with professional associations. However, we encourage clients to verify their therapists’ credentials and ask any questions regarding confidentiality and privacy before booking a session.

5. Who are Mithrah’s therapists?

Mithrah’s therapists are independent contractors who are qualified mental health professionals, such as psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, and social workers. They have partnered with Mithrah to provide their services through our platform. These therapists are not employees of Mithrah but are contracted to work with us under individual agreements.

6. Can I book face-to-face appointments?

7. How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last between 40 to 50 minutes. However, you may request longer sessions depending on the therapist’s availability, and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
